That’s the advice we get from the shipping company, but we do sometimes see shipments happening faster than that. Unfortunately there’s not much that we can control once it’s in their hands. We’re building a shipping tracker though so you should be able to check where your shipment is once it’s been shipped.

I've been eyeing at the Tremortusk for a while, hopping Lego would do an official set, but nothing... so thanks for your initiative! I wish you to succeed and develop new builds in the future!
The before/after comparison of the major fix is a bit misleading, since the "after" version doesn't have the head of the tallneck, and a second hand is holding its body.
Do you confirm that its more stable with the full head on ?
Ah, you're right, it's not quite a like-for-like comparison. It's no excuse, but we had to do the documenting post fix and post disassembly (the Tallneck is currently in pieces right now) but I can confirm that it's more stable when it's fully built.
The second hand on the "after" version is holding the body because that's the only way to make the neck wobble a bit to give an idea of how much the neck section is flexing after the fix. Hopefully that gives a bit of an idea to the updated stiffness. Once we get the Tallneck reassembled, we'll try to capture a better wobble test video :)

They will be digital instructions which you'll be able to access and download from your dashboard. We're choosing to go digital since we expect updates and improvements to the builds over time. This way, we can provide those updated instructions with fixes instantly.

quick question about the fixes for the thunderjaw: how does it work when does fixes need extra parts? will the changes be submitted in time for the factory to add the parts to our orders or will no extra parts be needed?
Hi there, the fixes are already done and the additional parts for them have been included in our order, so there's nothing you need to do/worry about. We're just a little delayed on documenting them and sharing with you all since we're rushing to get it all out on time.
I got the Lego Tallneck for my birthday some days ago (first Lego Set since decades!) and since then I was looking for more Horizon Sets.
Of course I found the sets on Ali but wasn't sure...so I kept looking and found SerialBuilder and then this page.
Obviously I just bought the whole set!
Can't wait to have it at home and have hours and hours of assembling!

once its ready and shipping started, how long will delivery take to EU countries? since i saw the QNA but 6 weeks seems to long for any delivery imo.
